I would say definitely worth a read but like with anything else it’s not an ultimate so don’t take it to serious. The book begins with an overview of NLP – making yyour reference to the “new” submodality patterns the book was written in and presenting these as a faster and more powerful way of creating personal change.
That is what these motherfuckers do.
I love everything about Bandler and this is one of his breakthrough books aren’t they all? He writes in a somewhat arrogant tone which can be very unpleasant, somewhere in the books he slaps a patient in the face to make a point. Obviously it wasn’t bad, otherwise I would have remembered that, but neither was it good enough to burn a vivid image into my mind, so using your brain for a change richard bandler stars is probably the fairest rating I can give it.
I felt the basic tools were meant to be empowering, but came across as demeaning or superior. Their aim is to fool people.

I find it fascinating that such seemingly simple techniques can have such wonderful results.
